Do any of you netters have a free (no fee) VISA or MasterDebt charge (not
debit) card?  Northwest Bank and Trust in Davenport, Iowa is going to start
charging $10.00 for VISA and $15.00 for VISA and MC.  I would just as soon
use one that is free.

Please send mail, I'll clog the net with results later.
