Why do feel that it is important that a movie punish the characters
that exhibit "immoral/illegal behavior/actions"???  Do you want
only happy endings in movies?

In the real world, people get away with immorality, crime, deviant
behavior, greed, lust, etc.  Why should movies be any different?
If you want morality in your movies, stick to Disney or religious
movies!!
