I like the idea of mailing a note to the offender.  I said a
"note", NOT a "flame".  Something like "please don't use this
newsgroup for posting items like this which are of interest to
only a few people".  NOT "Hey, jerk, post this in net.whatever."
It seems that we have to tell them something; otherwise how are
they going to know that they shouldn't do this?
