	I am in favor of net.puzzle.  However, I do wonder if
this is subsumed in net.math.  Regardless, here is a puzzle to
form the first VERY LONG argument for this group.

	What portion of a circle does a chord "chosen at random"
span?  Note, there are many answers to this question.  Do not
submit answers unless you can think of two or more different answers.
This will eliminate those who will otherwise argue for days
over nothing.
