The song of life

I will sing the song of life
For all to hear the words
Of love and pain, together
This world is complete

Of pain I know to much
Disease has taken its toll
To change that which is around me
And I fight just to live

In love I am still learning
To touch, the warmth of another
The growing and changes bring
I would not live without love

Rainbows come only after rain
The sun from behind black clouds
Reflect the world as it is
Light and dark, Love and pain.
