J. Lines: 8 It is no surprise that a superpower like the United States is subjected to a lot more criticism than a country the size of Libya. The U. S. acts and the effects ripple around the world. Libya has not succeeded in frightenning very many people yet. I under- stand that Libya's other neighbors are not happy with the situation, but Libya doesn't have enough neighbors to push a resolution through the U. N. Kenneth Almquist
