Tip O'Neil runs the US. He's more powerful than the President and the Supreme Court put together. He's elected by a handfull of citizens in Taxachusetts, those with whom I've talked recognize that they are dictating their political views on the rest of us. Dos anyone else care to comment on the reasons that Tip O'Neil is allowed to run the US?
