Organization: Bell Labs, Holmdel NJ Lines: 23 I suppose that it might be of somewhat general interest anyway. The original article asked for nude recreation sites in the Rochester, NY area. Places to look for nude recreation: A good place to start is with Lee Baxandall's "World Guide to Nude Beaches & Recreation." The second place to consult is the Naturists (the organization Lee Baxandall is head of). A subscription to their magazine "Clothed with the Sun" is helpful. Referring to my World Guide for the Rochester area, I'll give you names of all of the "Upstate New York" listings since I'm not familiar enough with New York to know where things are. Ask me for specific directions if any of them sound like what you want. New Paltz: Minnewaska. Binghamton: Empire Lake. Ithaca: Six Mile Creek. Watertown: Southwick Beach State Park. Zoar Valley Shale Beach. Geneseo: Triphammer Pond. Westfield: Chautauqua Gorge. Maybe the best contact I can give is a private group listed in the Guide: "Naturist Rochester gathers several nights a week off-season at Morley Schloss's basement. Pool, whirlpool, sauna. In warm weather at private Steph's Pond. New-comers phone for invite. 237 Vassar St., Rochester, NY 14607. (716)244-1219." Good luck, Pete LaMaster (201)949-0040
