I've bought my camera stuff (SLR, zoom, flash) through
a guy at work who gets it from Executive Photo.
This guy here charges a little higher than Pop Photo's
prices for Executive, but he delivers to me and stands
behind his stuff.  Warrantees, etc. are never extra.
(This guy owns a camara store nearby.)
