This was a welcome relief from the N.Y. firms. No pressure, real friendly. Executive 49th Street We have ordered several "K" worth through the mail and the only problem we have encountered was a three interation ordeal to get the correct binocular model from 49th. I encourage EVERYONE to mail order. Out here the sales tax is 8.1% and I have never encountered shipping costs more that 2%. I did have a problem with my Vivitar 283 flash immediately upon arrival. I called up Lone Star and he gave me the address of Vivitar's service center in San Diego. I'm sure that any local outfit would have exchanged the flash, but I'm not willing to pay for that "service" on the off chance that I'll have problems. Lee R.
