Is it certain the Yugoslavs know what they're getting into?  Some fen
don't get along well with authorities in THIS country!  Can you imagine
the (usual) excesses of a worldcon transplanted into a straight-laced
eastern block nation?

Just imagine the people who will play "bait the secret police" late at
night.  Will they be baited?
