  I have recently started watching Dr.Who, and am very confused on several
points.  Is the show still being filmed?  How many Dr. Who's are there, and
who were they(in order, hopefully)?  Who, or what is Dr.Who? 
  Any answers to these questions, or just general information would help
alleviate some of my confusion over this show.
