Ok campers; this newsgroup has been boring lately.  To remedy this
I have a question which has been bothering me:

"What's it like to go out with a hacker?"

My girlfriend is not a hacker.  I have never gone out with a computer
hacker.  Seamstress, yes.  Physicist, yes.  But somehow I never go out
with a computer hacker.  Am I normal?  Is it better to go out with
someone in or out of your profession?  And is my girlfriend fair to
complain that I spend too much time on the machine?
