Subtle advances by anyone are difficult to deal with because I generally take everyone at face value -- if they want to be friends, that's how I react. I like making friends, regardless of orientation. I just have a particular set of preferences that I bound into, but I am not going to react badly to anyone approaching me because they don't fit those preferences.
