Who can see the possible ramifications, some of which may not become apparant for 1000 years or so? Ever hear of the population explosion? We could all benefit from a lower birth rate, and since we'll never stop people from copulating (I pity those who think we should/can), can you think of a better form of "birth control"? Especially since it's not really hurting anything except some people's sense of morality. I'm not gay, but "I'll defend to the death anyone's right to be so".
