I know that in my own case, I'm usually flattered. I've never seen a guy looking me over, but several women have. I find it, to be honest, gratifying. I try to look good and dress nicely, and it's good to be appreciated. Usually, when I look over a woman it's with interest and appreciation, not with "crazed lust." I'm often taken aback by women who don't appreciate it, since I tend to forget that my attitude is a minority one. My favorite episode occurred in my college Quad, where many of the bathrooms are co-ed. Another male in the suite was just stepping out of the shower, wearing nothing but a towel, when a female walked in. Being a visitor to our suite, she didn't know to knock before coming in. This fellow (who looked like a Playgirl centerfold) is standing there in his towel. The girl looks him over from top to toe, then says "Excuse me," and leaves. I think this is great.
