Noting the proliferation of teenagers (and worse!) on the net, the propensity
of youngsters to perpetrate security breaches and play games, and the
probability that the GNP will plummet as a result, I move that we pass
a Law:

	"That no one under the age of 18 be allowed to operate, program,
	use, play games on, read the screen of, or even *touch* a computer."
