Actually, Rick Paul is incorrect.  Joisey (much as it would
seem so) is NOT the armpit of America.  Anyone just CASUALLY
glancing at a map of Cape Cod and surrounding areas will 
immediately notice the armpit of America is, in reality,
Providence, Rhode Island (which, incidently, is NOT an
island, either).
