Although it would be a rare occurrence, the scenario
	Game suspended
	Pitchers traded
	Game completed, with same pitcher winning & losing
was not overlooked by the rulesmakers, and the rules of both
leagues make provision for it. (cf "So You Think You Know
Baseball," a paerback written in the '60s by the sports editior of
the Saturday Evening Post. In the hypothetical game at Sportsman's
Park, Jim Bosman and Harvey Haddix were both pitching perfectly.
Unfortunately, a rather massive amount of precipitation caused the
game to be suspended after 8 innings. During the suspension, the
Pirates swapped Haddix for Bosman, and when the game resumed, the
Pirate skipper decided to use Bosman to continue the game.
You can guess the rest: the third batter he faced smacked a home
run, then proceeded to blank his former teammates in the bottom
half of the ninth. Bosman both won and lost the game.)
