As for ``what about fans who paid to see the original game?'' -- as long as a legal length game is played, the Yankees are not entitled to refund or credit the ticketholders (as it says on the tickets themselves) Since the game lasted more than the legal 4.5 innings, there was no obligation to honor the raincheck halves of the tickets.
