A friend of mine who works for the government is going to a class in 
San Fransisco for four days October 17-21.  The government
only gives her a limited per diem, so she's looking for an inexpensive
place to stay in or close to SF.  Anyone out there know of either a cheap
hotel or a bed-and-breakfast type place that would be appropriate?
