I don't mean the recent Spiderman and Hulk nonsense or that pantywaist Justice League (Superfriends). I'm talking about the old "Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure" where they had 10 minute shorts with the likes of Flash, GL, Atom, Hawkman, the old (sigh) Teen Titans, and JLA. And what about the Marvel half-hour adventures starring Cap, Hulk, Shellhead, Namor, and a certain beloved Norse Thunder God? I believe a Fantastic Four cartoon existed at this time also. Anyway, it's been at least 10 years since I've seen any of these, and I was wondering if anyone knows whether they can still be found anywhere on TV. Are there any animation festivals where they might be shown or (God forbid) highlighted? Do they show them at Comic conventions? Are video cassettes available? (You never know. It's better than most of the trash they market nowadays). How about "revivals" on HBO or such? This came up in a conversation I had with a friend when we were discussing old cartoons (Long Live Clutch Cargo!), and it got me wondering about the fate of these gems. Granted, they weren't the greatest quality story or animation-wise, but some of the voices were classics, and this is the only place some of these heroes appeared outside of the comic books. Besides, I have a large nostalgia gland... Any help (suggestions or ideas, even) would be welcomed. S. J. Berry ..!houxz!disc BTL-Holmdel
