The stuffed orange dog who read kids' jokes with Ray was called Cuddly Dudley (the dog's voice was supplied by Roy Brown, more famous as "Cookie" the clown on "Bozo's Circus"). Ray Rayner was on "Bozo's Circus" for several years as Oliver O. Oliver. Speaking of "Bozo's Circus", Ned Locke, the former ringmaster "Mr. Ned", is supposedly into real estate and heads the local police department in some small town in the South (I forgot where, but I saw this in the Chicago Tribune's "INC" column a few weeks back). Seems kind of funny to imagine a jolly, fat guy who used to wear a red jacket and top hat every day stopping you for speeding! Bob Paveleck ihldt!paveleck
