Another of the voices on Rocky and Bullwinkle, and some of the
other associated shows was Hans Conreid.  He also hosted
a show in the late 50's or 60's called Fractured Flickers.  In this show,
old clips from silent movies had new voice tracks put in by the whole
Rocky and Bullwinkle voice crew (E. E. Horton, Conreid, et al.), which
completely changed the story.  One real good one was the changing
of Blood and Sand (silent version) into the story of a life
insurance salesman (believe it or not!). These are shown occasionally
on one of my cable channels (HBO, Cinemax, or Showtime).
