John Steed, Emma Peal (sp), after she left, their really wasn't a show that deserved the title AVENGERS. An interesting note is that Emma was the one of the first fighting women on tv. After all, how many times did Steed win a fight? But who came in kicking and chopping? Emma, that's who. The show had style, class, excitment, good plots and Diana Rigg was the first TV start that I ever fell in love with. In discussions I have had with my friends, I have noted that this is not unique to me. How many others of you out there lusted after Mrs. Peal? Not ashamed to admit it, OZ seismo!rlgvax!oz
