Vi seems to lose track of lines on the screen when the sf capability
is included in VT100 termcaps. Is this a VI problem, a vt100 problem,
a misuse of 'sf' capability problem, user error, or some other
miscellaneous bug/error?

Thanx for any info... I am new to this newsgroup, so please excuse me
if this concerns an old, well-documented problem which has long since
been hashed to death...
