	We have just acquired a VAX 11/750 running 4.1 BSD UN*X for
	our software design engineers.  Prior to the VAX, all of our
	development was on 5 PDP 11/23's running RSX11-M.  Well, we
	are trying to maximize our use of the VAX, but are having
	problems locating UTILITIES to do:

	1) RSX-11M compatability mode under 4.1 BSD UN*X. Similar to
	   the one available under VMS. For OMSI Pascal-2 compilation
	   and task building.

	2) RSX-11M to UN*X to RSX-11M communication package. This
	   could be either a UN*X DECnet package, or UUCP running on
	   RSX-11M, or just a nifty file transfer program. (Better
	   than CU)

	3) UN*X ANSI tape utility - I heard that one was coming on
	   USEnet (??).

	4) ANY UN*X utilities, i.e. cross-compilers, transfer programs,
	   task builders, simulators, debuggers, for talking with
	   RSX-11M.

	5) Or as a last resort, does anybody have opinions and/or reviews
	   about EUNICE on VMS.  That has been suggested as an alternative.

	If anyone is aware of any of these utilities, PLEASE mail or call
	me. We are willing to beg, borrow, or buy. Thanks a bunch in advance.
