I am looking for an apartment mate to share my two
bedroom apartment in New Brunswick within walking
distance of Rutgers.  The apartment is the ground
floor of a house.  The owner lives upstairs.  Lots
of privacy because I'm seldom there.  The rent is
$220 per month plus half the cost of utilities.
My current apartment mate is moving out in early
September.

I prefer a non-smoker, either male or female.

I will be out of town until Friday (8/19), but
anyone who is interested can send me mail or call
my work number and leave a message before then.
