I am looking for the official list (if one exists) of names
for letters.  I mean the ones like in movies with airplanes
where to convey the letters RDT a person on a radio says:
		romeo delta tango
I guess police use the same or a similar system for licence plates.
Any information about the origin of such standards would be useful.
