	I urgently need an automatic translator that maps VMS Fortran 77
into UNIX F77.  Yes, I know; I don't like Fortran either, unfortunately,
I have 1.25 million lines of Fortran that would like to live in our
UNIX based VAX.

  	Any information about the problem in general and solutions in
specific would be greatly appreciated.
