Since Mr. Shattan seems to have missed the original item, perhaps a repost
is worthwhile.  At a certain large company, a program was run to convert
sexist language to non-sexist.  *The program* changed "manufacturing" to
"personufacturing".  As for "individualufacturing", that was a purely
jocular item (and so marked: ":-)") based on the other one.
