The formation of such a group would merely add to the already large number of things in our society which strengthen the gender gap. It would, in my opinion, be sexist in the same fashion as the old all male clubs were (are?). I'm not sure why you feel that there are things which should only be discussed among women, and would find it very enlightening to know which subjects you feel fit in this category.
