The obvious answer is as long as women, blacks, etc continue to be second class citizens without equal rights in the economic and power processes!!! It bothers me that everyone isn't really interested in true equality (of oppurtunity) for all, and it bothers me even more when people in our industry don't seem interested...but that's silly of me.
