	Skin is pretty elastic and stretch marks occur when it has
	been streched beyond the point of no return...think of how
	a balloon loses its elasticity when you blow it up...
	apparently it is a form of scarring. Rapid weight gain and loss
	can cause them as well as pregnancy and rapid growth spurts.
