The fix to EDT's side of the problem was given about 2 DECUS's ago at the VAX Magic session. I would be happy to forward the name of the person who fixed it to any one who needs to know in a hurry. It is a patch to keep EDT from turning the feature on an off. Note that the next version of EDT from DEC will have this fixed so if you can wait and prefer not to mung EDT ... DEC says a fix to the VT102 microcode is also forthcoming (someone told me this at DECtown) but I imagine this will be hard to get as a retrofit. In fact in several months the VT102 will be ob- soleted by the VT220. (They assured me there would be no such bugs in the VT2xx microcode.) Rg ------- -------
