	Will someone PLEASE fix the bug in the ARPAnet interface which is
sending 50 or so copies of each message into the net. I am sure that we are
all fascinated by Foonberg's problem and the fact that JACM needs AI ref-
erees and that someone needs info on multiple inheritance and that there is
a CS retraining course going on somewhere, but the twenty copies of each that
I just "n"-ed through (actually "j"-ed through on notesfiles) is simply
ridiculous.
