While looking through a program for Switching Converter Analysis,
I ran across a routine for calculating transfer functions called
"Leverrier's method".  In this same program is a routine for
finding roots of polynomials using "Siljak's method".

I would like to find a pointer to documentation describing either
of the two algorithms.
