You cannot, however be certain that this blissful state of affairs continued through the shipping department, shipping company, stocking crews at the store, or even your own tansport home. In particular, if a plug gets dropped on its electrode, it loses some gap. I've always checked mine, and I've found some small number (~10%, maybe) to be off. By the way, use a spark plug gapper, not a flat feeler gauge, to check. -Joe P.
