	The IFF, (Identification,Freind or Foe) is primarily a transponder
system that sends out a code sequence from the aircraft to ground stations.
Having worked on this equipment in the Air Force, I can assure you that the
equipment, the codes, and the frequencies are all Top Secret and very
sensitive to national security.
