Lines: 12 Riding on parallel streets has another advantage, the air has much less carbon monoxide and related nasties. Problem is, there often isn't a nice handy parallel street to use. One nice thing about bikes is that you can ride "flat out", something rather difficult to do in a motorized vehicle for more than a few seconds without reaching highly illegal speeds.
