A few weeks ago there was a reference made, I believe in net.cog-eng, to
an article in the journal "Behaviour & Information Technology" concerning
an experimental comparison of command language vs. menu vs. natural language.

Does anyone know the specifics of this reference? My efforts to locate the
journal in the Princeton area were fruitless.
