Yes, I liked the first issue of D'Arc Tangent;  interesting
art, gorgeous cover, and lots of fascinating beginnings.  Which
leads me to my major gripe:
 
WHERE THE *&^*&^ IS THE SECOND ISSUE???
 
My copy bears the cover date of August 1982 and claims to be
a quarterly;  I bought it in March at Boskone, subscribed in
May, and that's the last I've heard. Have Freff and Phil Foglio
gone into hibernation???
  
To my taste, D'arc Tangent suffers from first-issue disease:
so much time is spent introducing characters and situations
that very little actually happens.  They're interesting enough characters
and situations, but they've been floating in limbo for a year
now!  Has anybody out there heard when or if there will be
an issue two?
