I believe you want a '4-wire circuit' between your office and work.
the 'cpe' (modems) must conform to 43401, but they all do.  Since
two wire pairs are used, one for receive and one for transmit, the
'modem' is much simpler than with a 2-wire circuit, which must multiplex
frequencies to get transmit and receive.
