I've got a Concept 108 terminal and a US Robitics modem.  When I power up
the terminal, I want it to tell the modem to dial up my favorite computer.
So far I've tried setting up the terminal's "latent expression" to be
the dialing string ("ATDTxxxxxxx<cr>"), and this works fine if I just
hit the reset key.  However it doesn't work when I power up the terminal.
I suspect some sort of timing problem; possibly the modem isn't quite
ready to respond to the command right after powerup?

Has anyone else successfully done this with ANY terminal/modem?  It seems like
the obvious thing to want to do....
(In the meantime I've fallen back to the alternative of having the
latent expression set up a function key, so at least I only have to hit one
key after powerup.)
