Well, we *do* give him complete on-line manuals, all the source, and most important, we assume (incorrectly, it seems, at least in this case) some measure of programming competence and creativity. It's the the greatest os for the present time, and it sure as hell is a lot better than most of the other os's out there, most of them user-hostile.
