There is always capital punishment for those who do not want to spend the
cost of keeping criminals locked up. Unfortunately, around here at any
rate, the same people who do not want to keep criminals in jail "it
is so inhuman in there" seem to think that everyone on the outside will
be able to take care of themmselves.

So a friend of mine was raped and murdered in Toronto the Good the evening
she graduated from Law School. 

If they aren't going to lock them up or execute them, then we are going
to need guns around here as well, Folks.
