Perhaps the appropriate American response is to scramble a squadron of F-15/16's
to "escort" every Aeroflot that moves through our air space. It would give
our flyboys great practice at intercepting, and provide a more useful funnel
for our tax dollars, than analyzing half the stuff DoD does.
