I want to be sure that nobody takes my support of tim's use of the
word criminal for drug dealers as support of laws against drug use.
My own belief is that drug laws and other laws against victimless
'crimes' should be removed. 

Drug laws are just as silly as Prohibition was, they are about as
effective as prohibition was, and they have the same effect of making
something which is not basically anti-social a growth medium for
anti-social behavior.
