          If you study what really happened when the state of Israel
	  was created you'll discover that the vast majority of
	  "refugees" were not forced to leave (a lot of Arabs didn't
	  leave and are still living in Israel), but rather left at
	  the recommendation of the Arab states which launched the
	  1948 war against Israel, with the promise that when the
	  Arab army wiped out the state of Israel they would all return
	  and take the spoils.  The greatest enemy of the "refugees"
	  has always been and still is the Arab states, since keeping
	  the refugee problem alive promotes unity among their people.
	  (By the way, Israel absorbed many more Jews who were expelled
	  from Arab states in 1947-8 than the total number of Arabs who
	  left Israel).
