I am sorry for the wrong information. Eric Bustad (machaids!ekb) and Darrell
McIntosh (drux3!!darrell) have both sent me polite messages that show that
the problem is on MY machine. I have called Mark Horton (cbosgd!!mark), and
that is the official word. My machine has BOTH groups for some obscure
reason. The following directories exist in /usr/spool/news/net:

	drwxr-xr-x ... Sep 25 17:43 /usr/spool/news/net/news/config
	drwxr-xr-x ... Sep 26 00:12 /usr/spool/news/net/news/configuration

There are 13 articles in "junk" from net.news.config, and my "active" file
contains both groups. Looks like a local problem, and we will fix it.
So, please continue to post to net.news.config and we will have less junk.
